NOTICE OF TELECONFERENCING IN COMPLIANCE WITH EXECUTIVE ORDER N-25-20
Please take notice that Trustees may participate in this meeting through teleconferencing. In Compliance with the Executive Order N-25-20:
- The District is providing a publicly accessible location from which members of the public will have the right to attend and observe the meeting, and offer public comment. This location is the District Office Board Room, as noted above;
- All votes taken during the meeting will be by roll call;
- The meeting will be conducted in a manner that protects the statutory and constitutional rights of the parties or the public appearing before the legislative body.
Please take further notice: this meeting is being convened in a physical location accessible to trustees and the public who wish to attend as authorized by the Shelter in Place Order issued by Alameda County on March 16, 2020. The Order provides in part that, “Nothing in this Order shall prohibit any individual from performing or accessing ‘Essential Government Functions.” As determined by the governmental entity performing those functions.’ The meeting will be convened in a manner that provides for appropriate social distancing.

Individuals will be called upon to speak by the presiding officer. The Board cannot act on or discuss items not listed on the agenda.
