- Do we need to control walk-in traffic in the Computer Lab?
- In order to maintain capacity limits, staff should develop a strategy for control of those entering and exiting the on campus facilities.
- After looking at our plan of action for reopening, I see that our computer lab is
capped at a capacity where there would be NO way to socially distance (6ft). Is there
any talk of lowering this number? These computer lab capacities seem extremely dangerous
compared to other rooms with almost half that number for capacity. It seems as if
the computer lab should follow suit. Any information around the larger caps for computers
labs versus hands on labs would be greatly appreciated.
- Classroom capacities can be reviewed and adjusted if staff feel the number is too high and would not allow distancing. Please submit a request for evaluation to your Dean or supervisor for reconsideration of the specific area.
- How do we protect our students in our small, windowless testing room? It only has
space for 8 computers and in the past, it filled up quite often.
- Limit the capacity of the room to the posted number and require masking and social distancing if this is the only space available. If other spaces (classrooms) are available on campus, confirm with scheduling staff if the function can be moved to a larger space.
