The California Community College system uses ConferZoom to allow students, faculty, and staff to attend classes and meetings from anywhere with the flexibility to join from a computer, laptop, phone, or mobile device.

The Chabot-Las Positas Community College District (CLPCCD) launched phase 1 of the CRM Advise in September 2023 as part of its strategic enrollment management efforts. This platform is a tool that will provide a more comprehensive holistic view and support to our students, while also improving proactive engagements and retention.

Access to CRM Advise is through MyPortal for authorized users. CRM Advise Card.

Training and resource materials are located in Sharepoint and require authentication through O365 to authorized CRM Advise users.

The Vision Resource Center is an online learning and communication platform that offers all California community college employees equitable access to professional development opportunities and supports efforts to fulfill the goals outlined in the Vision for Success.

The Vision Resource Center offers:

  • Thousands of learning modules, including content specifically created for the California Community Colleges.
  • Systemwide online communities available to 137,000 professionals, making it the largest collaboration space in the system.
  • The only systemwide calendar with the intention to list all professional development events open to California Community College professionals.
