There is an issue with the new chrome version 142.
Chrome has a new feature that is called "Local Network Access Checks" and it is Enabled by default and is causing this issue.
To access this feature, open the latest version of Chrome and copy/paste this into
the URL search bar:
chrome://flags/#local-network-access-check
Setting it Disabled fixes the issue.
Other workarounds:
-Downgrade chrome to version 141
-Use Firefox or Edge browsers
