TIMING:	April 30th
DegreeWorks will be offline beginning at 3:00 PM.	We anticipate this downtime will last approximately 30 minutes, though it may take longer depending on the update process.
Ellucian Experience (MyPortal) will be offline beginning at 8:00 PM.	This outage will impact registration and additional interaction with MyPortal functionality at that time.

There is an issue with the new chrome version 142.

The error says: Authentication Failed - Problem in external authentication service.

Chrome has a new feature that is called "Local Network Access Checks" and it is Enabled by default and is causing this issue.

To access this feature, open the latest version of Chrome and copy/paste this into the URL search bar:
chrome://flags/#local-network-access-check

Setting it Disabled fixes the issue.

Other workarounds:

-Downgrade chrome to version 141

-Use Firefox or Edge browsers
