Employee Vaccine Information
The Chabot-Las Positas Community College Board of Trustees passed Board Policy 7330 Communicable Disease. This policy institutes a COVID-19 vaccine mandate for employees beginning as early as January 4, 2022. All employees must provide proof of vaccination or religious or medical exemption.
Acceptable forms of proof: A copy of official CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, or the digital vaccine record obtained through the California Department of Public Health, which is accessible via the website: https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov
