**ACCJC Timeline to Full Accreditation for Chabot and Las Positas Colleges**
Timeline	District Milestones	Status
January 2030	ACCJC Commission meets to determine accreditation status for Chabot College and Las Positas College
October 2029	Colleges and District host the Peer Team visit, planned onsite. Additional information is gathered via interviews, data requests, and meetings focused on the Core Inquiries.
March-September 2029	Colleges and District prepare for the Focused Site Visit, based on the Core Inquiries (e.g. gather additional evidence, schedule meetings).
March 2029	Peer Teams meet to develop Core Inquiries for Chabot College, Las Positas College, and District elements of the college, ISERs. Following these dates, the colleges will be notified of the COre Inquiries specific to thier ISER Review.
February 2029	Meet and Greet* led by College CEOs, College ALOs, with Accreditation Committees - Chabot College: (enter time) - LPC: (enter time)
February 2029	Open Forums* for personnel, students, members of the public Senior leadership does not attend. -Chabot College: February 2029 - LPC: February 2029
January 2029	Team Chairpersons meet with CLPCCD CEOs -? met with Dr. Dyrell Foster, LPC - ? met with Dr. Jamal Cooks, CC - ? as Chair of Chairs met with Chancellor Gerhard
December 2028	Chabot College and Las Positas College ISERs due to ACCJC no later than this date.
December 2028	CLPCCD Board of Trustees action item to approve College ISERs
November 2028	College ALOs send final ISERs to District ALO for action on Board agenda
November 2028	CLPCCD Board of Trustees first reading of College ISERs
October 2028	College ALOs send informational materials to District ALO for Board of Trustees, i.e. ISER and presentation slidecks
September and October 2028	ISERs go through Senates for first and second readings, reports are strengthened.
August 2028	College ISERs are written, evidence cited, ready for Shared Governance review
March 2028	District response to required Standards are written and provided to Colleges
April 2027	ISER workshop held on campus for College Accreditation Steering Committee, key stakeholders, and interested individuals invited to attend, learn, and ask clarifying questions. Facilitated by College ALO and ACCJC Liaison.
March 2027	Senior Leadership Team session, high level information session with ALOs and AS Presidents.
March 2027	Board of Trustees Session to increase knowledge and familiarity with ACCJC process.
March 2027	Planning call with ACCJC Liaison to coordinate ISER workshops with each College
November 2026	College VPIs and VC-ESSS coordinating with ACCJC liaison to the CLPCCD
October 2026	College Midterm Reports Submitted to ACCJC
