* Open Enrollment Periods for part-time faculty within the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District occur twice a year:
- A month beginning in early July and ending in early August: effective for the year September 1 - August 31.
- A month beginning in early November and ending in early December: effective for the period January 1 - August 31.
Notification is sent out to all part-time faculty via USPS. If, for some reason, a part-time faculty member does not receive the letter in the mail, they can still access the letter on this web page by clicking on the "Open Enrollment Notice..." link above.
Part-time faculty must re-enroll in medical benefits every year. These benefits do not automatically continue.
