How to Open Email Attachments in 365

If you are one of the users who is unable to view an attached file in the new O365 email system, here are the steps to take:

1.  In your mailbox you will see the attached file listed with the email message.

2. When viewing the email with the attachment, click the dropdown on the attachment and select the option to "Save to OneDrive".

3.  Select the option to Save to OneDrive.

4. You will then see a green check mark and the message "Saved to OneDrive".

5. To get to OneDrive, click the App Launcher icon at the top left of the mailbox window.

6. Click on OneDrive to open the app.

7. First select the file you wish to download to your local PC, then click "Download" on the menu.

8. Click the File Explorer folder on the taskbar of your Windows PC. When you download the file, it should automatically download it to the "Downloads" folder.
