Login: Your username and password for Outlook email is the same one you use when you login to Windows on your local, campus PC. The login username formats are:

  • Chabot College - chabotcollege\jdoe
  • Las Positas College - lpc\jdoe
  • District Office and District Services - clpccd\jdoe

Mobile Device MS Exchange Email Setup

You can send and receive email messages on iPhone/iPad and Android devices.

Please note that in the event of a lost or stolen device, CLPCCD may be required to delete email messages remotely to ensure compliance with data privacy laws.

The Foundation for California Community Colleges has purchasing agreements with a number of technology vendors to offer deep discounts to the Colleges and District. Visit the link above for more information. Training/CCC Vision Resource Center offers a variety training on subjects from computer applications to project management and business skills. Faculty and staff are granted free access to training resources via the CCC Vision Resource Center. Visit the link above for more information.

If you previously created an account on the Professional Learning Network (PLN), you can still log into the new Vision Resource Center with the same credentials. If you are unable to log in, you can enter your username (college email address) and reset your password by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link. If you did not have an account, there is a link above the login fields on the Vision Resource Center to create a new account.

Once you are logged in, click on the Learning menu to access training.
